WINTER 2026 CLASS SCHEDULE

Freshfields Farm offers baking and cooking classes for both children and adults in our beautiful state of the art kitchen. The participants will have a hands on experience learning different methods of baking and cooking. Please e-mail Donna at freshfieldsfarmbend@gmail.com for private classes and use the form below to sign up for our scheduled classes.

We also have gift certificates available for classes. They make great gifts for birthdays, holidays or just for fun!

Upcoming Classes

Pastry and Pie Dough (LOTS OF FUN IN THIS CLASS)

Cost Per Person: $130

Class Offerings: TUESDAY, MARCH 17. 3:00-6:00PM. **SOLD OUT. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR MORE DATES.

Description: In this class we will discuss the different type of doughs which will include a galette, pate brisee and brioche. We will use assorted fillings from savory to sweet which will include an Almond cream tart, Alsatian onion and Gruyere cheese galette and a Torta Rustica. Unlimited complementary non alcoholic beverages are available in this class. We will also offer a glass of wine or beer for each participant. Please feel free to bring your favorite beverage if you would like. This is a hands-on class and you will be eating your creations.

The art of creating farm-to-table italian pizza (OUR MOST POPULAR CLASS)

Description: Prepare to get your hands doughy in this class.  You will learn how to make pizza dough using TIPO '‘00” flour from start to finish.  This class will show techniques in making the dough as well as rolling it out, baking it and so many other tricks of the trade that will bring your pizza making confidence up a notch or two. You can choose different ingredients for your customized pizzas and will share other pizzas with the group. Unlimited complimentary non alcoholic beverages are available during this class. We will also offer a glass of wine or beer for each participant. You may also bring your favorite one too. This is such a fun class and you will love the meal that everyone creates!

ITALIAN THEMED COOKING CLASS (ANOTHER FAVORITE CLASS)

Join us for this really fun and hands-on class. Our creations will include homemade ricotta cheese, focaccia bread dough, stuffed Mediterranean bread, traditional risotto and a lemon ricotta cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. There will be a sit down dinner after you create your menu to enjoy with everyone. We will offer a glass of wine or beer for each participant. Please feel free to bring your own favorite beverage too. Unlimited complementary non alcoholic beverages are available in this class.

FRENCH AND SPANISH CLASS (VERY FUN CLASS)

*THIS CLASS IS ONLY BEING OFFERED AS A PRIVATE ONE. IF YOU HAVE 4 OR MORE PLEASE CONTACT DONNA FOR AVAILABLE DATES.

Ready to have a lot of fun with this class featuring dished from France and Spain. Our creations with include an Alsatian Onion Galette, Traditional Paella, and an Apple Almond Cream tart with a Creme Anglaise. After you create this amazing meal you will be having a sit down dinner with all of your creations with everyone. Complementary non alcoholic beverages will be provided with this class. We also will offer a glass of wine or beer for each participant.

Refund Policy: Full refund if canceled two weeks before.  There will be a charge of $40 for rescheduling one week before per group.  50% refund one week before class.  No refunds less than a week before class.
